As an authorized partner of AMSALE, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

By participating in the Partner Program, you will earn commissions on products purchased by individuals referred to AMSALE's brand through your store or personal referrals. Commissions will be awarded for qualifying sales made through your Referral Link or by clients you registered via email.

Commissions and Compensation

The commission rate applies to the net sale amount on qualifying products, excluding taxes, shipping, and handling.
Commissions from products that are not eligible for return will be paid out within 10 business days of the order being placed.
Commissions from products that are eligible for return will be paid out within 30 business days of the order being shipped.
Any returns, refunds, or chargebacks will not be eligible for commission and may be deducted from a future commission, if already paid out.
Payouts will be made via the Payout Method that is “active” in the Payment Settings of your dashboard.

Restrictions

The Partner Program will award the commission rate for qualifying sales made through your Private Link within 90 days of the referral accessing your link.

Qualifying sales made the clients you have registered via email address are eligible for commission within 90 days of that email’s registration date.

We reserve the right to deny any commissions that do not meet the terms and conditions of the program.
